What a complete joke. The website says clearly that you can have more than one card, but if you register more than one card, you are flagged. Without notice. My check will be in the mail within 7 to 10 business days. At that time no one said I couldn't register a new card. I go out, buy a card, place $250 on it and go home to register. Nope, denied. Flagged. Again, my $250 is in the mail. No other explanation. Amazing.

Ok, so I was reading what "ripped off" said about not being able to get his/her cash back because they (like me) were careless with their receipt that had the activation number on it.

I want to let everyone know that s/he might be the exception instead of the rule. I had not opened the card zipstrip when I called the SprawlMart where I had purchased it.

The CSM was extremely nice, and she told me that she could look up the purchase of the card and get the activation code. It took about 7 minutes (telnet evidently sucks), and then she came back with the activation number.

So, never fear, if you lose the activation number - just try to remember which register you loaded it at, and the time that you made your card purchase/load - they FIXED IT for me! :)

Have you attempted to go into a local Walmart and ask for assistance there?

Thank you for sharing your experience with readers.

Yep, if you lose the activation #, not only will you not be able to get your money back, but there is absolutely no way to speak to an actual person. COMPLETE RIPOFF.

Cameron, thank you for reminding readers that it is important to retain receipts for their MoneyCards.
