You need to contact the customer service department of your credit card issuer. The phone number will be on your credit card.

i have been trying yo make a payment but unfortunatly the details i have are wong and the payment has been put back in my account my accoun no is [number deleted] the details i have for you are sort code [number deleted] and account no [number deleted] please send correct details so i can make a patment thankyou

To set up online bill pay you need to go to the website of the financial institution where you have your checking account. You will need to complete the online bill pay sign-up form which will include entering your checking account number. If you have any problem, or if you would rather have the bank set up your bill pay account, just call the 800 number listed on your bank's website and one of their telephone reps should be able to help you.
