These guys are rip-offs, you can't speak to a human on the phone, and when you do, they say its not their problem, contact a different "branch" of customer service. And then it takes about a half hour just to reach one, and it takes like another half hour just to register the card, then you have to wait 5-10 business days, and then it still doesn't come, I really do not suggest getting this card.

i just got my replacement greeddot online shopping card shipped to me and i can't register it why, i waite 15 days to get it and now i can't use it you guys sux.
