GiftCardCityOnline.com lets you trade directly with the company. You just pay $4 for each card that you want to trade and it's a dollar for dollar trade.

MonsterGiftCard.com lets you sell a gift card directly to them or to list your card to other users. In any event, they verify all cards and have a small listing fee compared to other sites (about 5%).
