The online rewards redemption catalogue does not upload from your website. The URL just keeps refreshing and the images do not populate - other suggestions?

Robert, the rewards you are entitled to depend upon the card you have and the program you are enrolled in. Contact American Express directly to find out if you can use your rewards points for certain hotels: (800) 528-4800.

I am trying to see what hotels I can use my reward points with, particularly in Lisbon or Dublin, but seem unable to get this information. Can you help me? thanks Best Bob Freidus
