DON'T GET THE AMEX "Be My Guest" or other Incentive Services card. It becomes invalid after the "valid thru" date. Other cards, on the other hand, will give you a replacement card to use the remaining value on the first card.

i ordered an item from spiegel online with a persona prepaid american express credit card, returned it and am waiting for credit card to be credited back 55.10. i called spiegel who stated that they have sent the refund back to american express. i want to now when will you put credit back on card.
