Dear Sir/Madam,

I come from Turkey. I have Garanti Bank-Bonus Platinum AMEX credit card.

I went Europe Last week. Unfortunately I havent be able to use the credit card at so many places. They were saying you have limit but we can not take a provision.

I went Munchen, Milan and Venezia. I made a hotel reservation by AMEX at Venezia. They offer the very good price for user of AMEX. During the journey I tried to use AMEX, but every time same story no provision. When we leaving the hotel I have been disgraced because of the payment. Hotel name is Palazza Piruli in Venezia. They said We are surprised this is the first time happening for the AMEX. I took the special offer for AMEX, so I paid by another credit card fort he same price. I have to convience with receptionist. I was lucky he was the good person.

I have been disgraceful at so many places, in the restaurants, shopping center. Everyone thinking my limit was full..

I came to Turkey last week and I called Garanti Bankasi, explain the everything. I have limit. They also saw the problem from their system. I said them; I would like to pay the Venezia Hotel by AMEX and I want to cancel th other card payment. It has been 2 days, I called many times they say call later, every call center agent told me that.

When I apply the AMEX I wasnt imagine this. AMEX is a great company, I use the card in the past from different bank (AKBANK). So, I think you have to new this story.

I am stil waiting fort he answer..Please let me know what is happened, why I didnt pay my hotel and shopping?

You should contact American Express immediately. You only have a certain amount of time to protest a charge, and in addition to this you need to make sure that nobody else has gained access to your account information.

I`m customer of American Express from 2004 and never had this type of problems. I get charges I NEVER DID 3.90$ and I NOT GOING TO PAY THIS CHARGES CAN YOU WAVE THEM PLEASE!

I try to book a online flight ticket through your credit card in spicejet, round trip from chennai to jaipur. But the spicy web site did not accept the AEBC payment. I am very much trouble while booking a ticket,pls go through this complaint and send me the feedback immediately.

NBT, in order to utilize the secure e-mail you will indeed have to sign into your account and this requires your credit card number.

If you do not want to use this option, and if you do not want to call the toll-free customer service number (800-528-4800) then this leaves you the option of sending an inquiry through regular mail: P.O. Box 981540, El Paso, Texas, 79998-1540.

Hi Tamsen, I tried following your instructions & ended up opening an Mail account, which was asking to provide Card #. I just need a Customer-Care mail-id for Gurgaon, India. Can I get that ? I need to connect for a issue resolution. Thanks.

NBT, you can e-mail concerns through the American Express website. From the main site, click on "Contact Us," then "E-mail," and this will take you to a site that allows you to contact American Expres via e-mail.

No one takes the call and the calling person ends up waiting for ages.

I would like to know what is the e-mail address for the Customer Care or where a person can raise his concern - a mail ID, no numbers they turn out useless

Unfortunately Amex has a prerecorded message that asks callers a series of questions before they are able to speak with an Amex representative. Here's a tip: If you just keep pressing "0", you will eventually be automatically transferred to a live rep.

unable to understand recorded voice on your website, therefore not able to activate AMEX card. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM IN PAST 49 YEARS...WHY ARE YOU UNABLE TO FURNISH LIVE REPRESENTATIVE??????????
