Sorry, but I talked with Amex a few days ago about my Optima card which I have had for long years now. I wanted to know if they still offer the choice to make installment payments instead of paying the balance in full every month, and they told me that feature or benefit is no longer in existence. They don't allow that any more.

Another thing is that they do have an annual fee.
