Spending With Cards

Prepaid debit cash cards can make great gifts or can be used as budgeting tools. These cards look just like traditional debit cards, but instead of being connected directly to a checking account they are connected to a preloaded balance. As purchases are made, the balance is depleted, and unless the balance is replenished the card is no longer valid.
