About HSBC Card Services

If you want to make sure that you select a credit card issued by a major financial company, it’s a good idea to consider selecting an HSBC revolving credit account. HSBC Card Services is part of HSBC holdings, a leading international banking powerhouse headquartered in the United Kingdom. In the United States, HSBC is one of the 10 largest credit card issuers.

HSBC Credit Card Options

Platinum MasterCard with Cash Back

If you opt for this account, you’ll enjoy one percent cash back on every dollar you charge on the card, with no limit. There is no annual fee, and new account holders will enjoy a zero percent introductory interest rate on both purchases and transferred balances.

Platinum MasterCard with Cash or Fly Rewards

Frequent travelers will enjoy the opportunity to earn points toward airline tickets every time they use their credit card. You’ll earn one point for every dollar charged to the card, with no limit. You can redeem 25,000 points for a roundtrip domestic ticket on just about any major airline. As an added bonus, there are no blackout dates for point redemption. This account also provides new customers with a year of no interest on purchases and balance transfers.

Platinum MasterCard with HSBC Plus Rewards

This flexible account offers cardholders an opportunity to earn flexible rewards, including merchandise, hotel stays, airfare, cash back and other options. With this account, you’ll earn one point for every dollar charged to the card, and there are no limits on the number of points you can accrue. As with the other HSBC Platinum accounts, you’ll be able to take advantage of twelve months with no interest on balance transfers or purchase transactions.

General Motors Flexible Earnings Card

If you’re planning to purchase a new car in the near future, HSBC’s GM Flexible Earnings card might be the best option for you. You’ll earn points that can be redeemed for cash back, or be applied toward the purchase of any vehicle. Cardholders who purchase a new GM vehicle have an opportunity to apply three percent of purchase charges toward the cost of the vehicle. Alternately, cardholders can apply one percent of charges toward the purchase of any vehicle, or receive the amount in cash back. This card also provides a year of interest-free purchases and balance transfers.

Best Buy Reward Zone MasterCard

This HSBC credit card is ideal for consumers who purchase electronics frequently. Cardholders earn four percent in Best Buy reward certificates on all Best Buy purchases made with the card, and one percent on items charged anywhere else. Reward certificates can be redeemed to purchase items from the popular big box electronics retailer.

Union Plus Credit Card

With this MasterCard account from HSBC, you’ll enjoy the benefits of Triple Plus® protection, service and value. The protection benefit includes full protection against fraud and extended warranty coverage. In terms of service, Union Plus cardholders enjoy 24 hours per day, seven days per week access to United States-based customer service. The account also provides value to cardholders, in the form of discounts on every day purchases such as vision care, prescription medications, gym memberships and more.

Orchard Bank Credit Card

Individuals who need to start building a credit history, or those who need to rebuild a damaged credit record, often find HSBC’s Orchard Bank MasterCard to be very appealing. Your account will be reviewed periodically to determine eligibility for increases to your credit limit. Reports will be made to the three major credit bureaus every month, enabling you to establish a healthy credit history in as little time as possible.

Thelma,

HSBC issues several different credit cards and each has its own website. I suggest that you call the 800 customer service number on your card or check your monthly statement to find the website address for your specific credit card.

Thanks for your question.

been trying to find a way to make my credit card payment on line and I get no results. What site do I go to.

Louis, I suggest that you concentrate on getting a registered letter to the two companies telling them to cancel your automatic shipment of their products. The credit card company can't handle this as a merchant dispute unless you have already informed the company to stop shipping. Your credit card company can give you contact information for the companies. The company address will also be included on the product. If the product only includes the city and state, you can call telephone information for the phone number, and then retrieve the company address by calling the company directly.

Thank you for your question.
