Fleet
The key to success with FINA's fleet card is the comprehensive reporting system. FINA gives you real-time access to your account via the Internet. This means you can add drivers, vehicles, or cancel gas cards on your schedule—no more waiting on hold for the next available customer service agent! The reporting system contains the following features:
- You can limit each driver to a specific station, like the one closest to his route.
- You can generate an exceptions report, which flags any unusual activity. So if a driver's gas usage jumps from $100 a week to $200, you can easily spot the fluctuation and decide if it is in line with his increased route mileage.
- You can limit a cardholder's purchases to just fuel.
- You save bookkeeping costs and time, since the reports are comprehensive and cut down on the amount of in-house recordkeeping you have to do.
- You can track costs by driver and see where, what, and when he made purchases.
- Gas purchases are tracked with odometer readings and identification numbers, meaning you can track not only the amount of fuel purchased but the fuel efficiency of a given vehicle.
To apply for a FINA fleet card, visit their website and fill out an application online or print one out to mail in. The address is:

Be sure to review the terms of use before using your FINA card to make sure it is the most cost effective means of financing you month fueling needs, or better yet, strive to pay off the balance each month, so you do not incur an interest charges.

Comments
Danny,
Fina has chosen not to list their 1,100 sites on their website; however, you can find the locations by surfing the Internet for the state in which you are trying to locate a station. For example, this site lists stations in Oklahoma.
Thanks for your question.
-- Contributed by: SusanWeberI drive for a company that uses fina gas cards. We have trouble finding stations in Oklahoma. We have checked your web site but there is no link to show station locations.
I hope you will update you web site to reflect locations or we will be forced to change our gas cards for one that will show us where the locations are.
Thank you
