Processing Times
Payments made through the Chase website, in a Chase branch, by phone, or through Western Union and wire transfer should post as a credit to your card account the same day. Overnight payments credit your account the next business day. Payments you mail take longer to post due to mail processing times. Chase should credit your account the day your payment is received, depending on what time of day the payment is received. In general, when using traditional mail, it's best to send your payment at least five days before it's due to avoid late payment fees.
