To make a Chase credit card payment online, simple access the Chase.com website, create a login, and schedule your payment. You can request a one-time payment of a specific amount, or schedule automatic payments to occur each month for a set amount. You must have a valid checking account to use this option.

If it's your first time making an online payment, you will need to create a User ID and password for the website. This process takes just a few minutes to complete. Once inside, you can access your latest account information, make a payment, add a bank account or even ask for a credit limit increase.

Chase Mobile App

If you need to make a payment while on the go, download the Chase app directly to your smartphone. Once you enter your login credentials, the homepage with a comprehensive listing of all your accounts will appear. Locate the card you'd like to make a payment on and select 'Pay Credit Card.' Next, you'll be prompted to choose a payment date and the checking account you'd like the funds to be drawn from.

You can also review account activity and manage payment information from the mobile app.

Plan Ahead for Timely Payments

While there are several options for making your Chase credit card payment, you should refrain from waiting until the last minute to initiate the transaction. Otherwise, you could incur a late-payment penalty in the event the processing is delayed. Therefore, plan ahead to ensure your payment is credited and posted before the due date.
